Event Rental Payment Information

• Reservation Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• Cleaning Fee: A $100 cleaning fee applies to all rentals.
• Rental Minimum: All spaces require a 2-hour minimum rental period.

Transportation Rentals

Our 32-passenger bus rental service provides safe and reliable transportation for schools, daycares, churches, other small businesses, non-profits, family events, and community organizations.  The bus has a wheelchair lift and space to accommodate two wheelchairs.  Trips can be taken anywhere within a 200-mile radius of our address and does not include any tolls or parking or storage costs.  Mileage over 200 miles round trip is charged at $.70 per mile.

Service Options & Pricing

• Hourly Rental: $150–$175 per hour (minimum two-hour booking).
• Half-Day Rental: Approximately $600–$700 for a 4–5 hour period.
• Full-Day Rental: Around $1,000–$1,200 for an 8-hour day.

• Rates may be adjusted based on specific needs.  Discounts are available for eligible nonprofit and social justice organizations.  

Driver and Safety Guidelines

• Use our experienced driver for a hassle-free experience.
• 
  
• If your organization supplies its own driver, the driver must:

1. 1. Possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
2. 2. Provide a clean driving record (documented within the past month).
3. 3. Be in good health with no conditions affecting safe operation.
4. 4. Commercial insurance for the trip or Certificate of Insurance covering our organization.
5. 5. Even if you provide your own driver, a chaperone from our organization is required to be present during the            duration of the rental to ensure safe operation of the vehicle.  There is no cost for a chaperone to                            accompany your day trip.  
6. 6. Overnight and weekly/weekend use of the vehicle is possible--please inquire for more information.
